Most of our cycling trips are limited to a maximum of 10 guests, ensuring an intimate and personalised experience. This allows us to tailor the rides and experiences to suit everyone’s preferences.

Most of our holidays are for private groups of friends, family, or colleagues. We customise these trips to suit your group’s needs and preferences. However, keep an eye on our social media and website for any special open events where individuals or smaller groups can join others on a shared adventure.

If our team goes above and beyond to make your trip unforgettable, gratuities are greatly appreciated. A typical tip is between 10-20% of the trip cost, which is shared equally among the team. This includes the behind-the-scenes staff who contribute to making your holiday seamless.

We understand that plans change. Our official cancellation policy is as follows:

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• For cancellations made between 105 and 90 days prior to departure, we offer a full credit of your balance (excluding the deposit) to be used for a future trip within two years.
• For cancellations between 90 and 75 days prior to departure, we offer a 50% credit of your balance for future trips.
• For cancellations fewer than 75 days prior to departure, no credit is available. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This will cover any unexpected events like illness, family emergencies, or work conflicts that could affect your trip. Epic Italy cannot refund late cancellations, so insurance is a great way to protect your investment.

Absolutely! While many guests love our Basso fleet, you’re more than welcome to bring your own bike if you prefer. Please note that we also offer bike rentals, and our team will ensure any rental fits you perfectly.

If you’re renting a bike through us, we’ll ask for your measurements in advance and set up the bike to match your specifications. If you bring your own pedals or saddle, we’ll be happy to install those for you as well.

We offer both fully guided tours, where a local expert will lead the way, and self-guided options for those who prefer to explore Northern Italy at their own pace. Either way, we handle all the logistics so you can simply enjoy the ride.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to weather conditions. Northern Italy’s landscape is beautiful in all seasons, and we’ll adapt to any weather challenges to make sure your experience is still memorable.

We recommend packing casual clothing for off-the-bike moments, including comfortable shoes and a light jacket for cooler evenings. Bring a swimsuit if you plan on swimming, and pack your usual cycling gear for the rides. If you’re bringing your own saddle or pedals, don’t forget those!

Yes! Bookings made six or more months in advance receive a discount of £100. We primarily aim to make experiences for large private groups to create a comfortable and exclusive experience. We therefore offer incentives for larger groups – contact us for more information!
